Enrollment Process
- Enrollment requires completed registration forms and payment of applicable fees.
- Registration Fee:
- $200 Waived as a Launch Offer!
Payment Policy
- Tuition payment is due on the 1st of every month.
- The first month's tuition is pro-rated based on the child's start date.
- A $25 late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 5th business day.
- No refunds or credits will be provided for absences due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.
Withdrawal Policy
- A minimum of two weeks' written notice is required before withdrawal.
- This notice helps ensure a smooth transition for the child and the childcare program.
Meals
- Parents are responsible for providing:
- Breakfast (if applicable)
- Lunch
- Nutritious snacks are provided by Neev Childcare.
Early Drop-Off & Late Pick-Up Policy
- Regular childcare hours are 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Care outside these hours is considered After-Hours Care.
- An additional fee of $20 per hour (pro-rated in 15-minute increments) applies for:
- Drop-off before 7:30 AM
- Pick-up after 5:30 PM
Sick Child Policy
- Children showing signs of illness must remain at home.
- Symptoms include:
- Fever of 100°F or higher
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Contagious rash
- Children may return after being symptom-free for 24 hours without medication.
Communication
- Daily reports keep parents informed.
- Regular updates are shared regarding children's activities and progress.
- Parent conferences are scheduled as needed.
Weekends, Holidays & Closures
- Neev Childcare observes all major federal holidays.
- Childcare services are provided Monday through Friday only.
- Parents will receive at least two weeks' advance notice for planned closures, including:
- Vacations
- Professional development days
- Other scheduled closures
